E-Invest’s pipeline of agreed AD projects exceeds 9 MW

E-Invest’s pipeline of projects where legal agreements have been signed with project stakeholders to design, build, finance, own and operate AD facilities has today exceeded 9 MW with 2 MW being in The Netherlands, 6 MW in Spain and 1 MW in the UK. Across this portfolio of projects E-Invest will either be acquiring the freehold land title or else lease the land on 30 year plus renewable leases. For the majority of facilities the major feedstock supplier and where applicable the land-lord will hold minority stakes in the project company SPV’s (such persons where applicable will also operate the facility).
E-Invest signs agreement for the construction of three AD facilities in The Netherlands

E-Invest is pleased to announce it has signed a contract with Oosterhof Holman Milieutechniek B.V. (“OHM”) (www.oosterhof-holman.nl), a Dutch contractor specialised in environmental and sustainable energy projects, for the construction of three AD facilities located in Northern Holland. OHM is a leader in the design and construction of AD facilities and related technologies across Europe. The terms of the agreement provide for the costs of construction to be agreed up-front and an attractive delayed payment schedule for all engineering works.
E-Invest forms UK subsidiary company EFFG Limited

E-Invest today came to an agreement with Amjad Karim and James Anwyl of Chi (383 Consulting) Ltd and John Twitchen and Caroline MacDonald (both directors of Sauce Consulting Limited) to form Energy for Future Generations (“EFFG”) Limited to source and develop anaerobic digestion opportunities in the UK. Amjad, James, John and Caroline together have extensive experience of renewables, building planning, waste contracting, feedstock supply, energy off-take, sustainable engineering, project development and management expertise, as well as county council, industry and landowner relationships and as such are extremely well placed to develop opportunities through to the point where construction of the AD facility can be undertaken by E-Invest Limited and relevant contracting partner.
